Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

Easy almond flour cookies recipe with mini chocolate chips and maple syrup—no mixer needed!

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ C almond flour fine blend
  • ¼ t baking soda
  • ¼ t salt
  • ¼ C avocado oil or olive oil
  • ¼ C maple syrup
  • 1 t vanilla
  • ½ C mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix the almond flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  • Add the avocado oil, maple syrup, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  • Fold in the mini chocolate chips and stir well.
  • Using a spoon, drop small amounts of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. I usually make about 12 small cookies from each batch.
  • Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes.

Notes

Cookie Tips
  • If you bake them immediately, they’ll spread a bit more and turn out thinner—but still amazing.
  • For a thicker cookie, refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
  • Avoid coarse almond flour, which will make the texture grainy.
  • Double or triple the recipe and keep the dough in the fridge to bake cookies fresh anytime
