Notes
*A small blender makes making this dressing a breeze but I have made it many times while on vacation without a blender. Variations
Dairy-Free: Use dairy-free mayo and replace parmesan with nutritional yeast
Spicy Caesar: Add red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce
Lighter Version: Swap mayo and sour cream for Greek yogurt
Extra Garlic: Add an additional clove for bold flavor
Protein Boost: Blend in a little Greek yogurt for added protein
TipsTo get the most out of this best caesar dressing, keep these tips in mind:
It’s easy to double or triple for meal prep or entertaining
Always use fresh lemon juice when possible for the best flavor
Don’t skip the anchovy paste—it blends in and adds incredible depth
Let the dressing sit for 10–15 minutes before serving to deepen flavor
