Ingredients
3tablespoonswhite wine vinegar
1 ½tablespoonshoneyadjust to taste
1tablespoonfinely minced shallot
1teaspoonDijon mustard
1teaspoonpoppy seeds
2tablespoonsmayonnaise
⅓cupavocado oil
Pinchof saltoptional, to taste
Instructions
In a mason jar, add the vinegar, honey, minced shallot, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, poppy seeds, and olive oil tighten the lid and shake until smooth. Be sure the honey is well incorporated (it can settle on the bottom of the jar). Using a small electric handheld whisk works well too!
Taste and adjust the sweetness or salt if needed.
Store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to one week. Give it a quick shake before using.
