Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Grapefruit
  • 1 Large avocado
  • 2 T Poppy seed salad dressing

Instructions

  • Peel and slice the grapefruit into wedges (or use already prepared grapefruit).
  • Cut the avocado into long slivers.
  • On a serving dish, alternate layers of grapefruit and avocado slices.
  • Drizzle poppy seed dressing over the assembled fruit.
  • Present with a large fork and enjoy immediately.
