In a large pot, heat peanut butter and honey over medium heat just to warm up the mixture then turn the heat off (maybe 1-2 minutes).
Add quick oats & rice cereal to the peanut butter mixture and mix together.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
On a flexible cutting board, form the mixture into a rectangle using the back of a spatula and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until hardened.
Cut into squares and store in the refrigerator.
