½ large avocado ¼ cup olive oil 1 t sesame oil ½ small lime - squeezed 1 T honey 1 t minced garlic 1 C fresh cilantro - leaves and stems 1 t oregano 1 t cumin ¾ t salt ½ t pepper ¼ C rice wine vinegar ¼ C water add more if needed
Juice the lime and set aside.
Add all ingredients except the water to a food processor or blender. Pulse until smooth and creamy.
Slowly pour in water while blending until the Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette reaches your desired consistency.
