Tips for the Best Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette

  • Use fresh ingredients for the brightest, most vibrant flavor.
  • Dry the cilantro well after washing so excess water doesn’t thin the dressing.
  • Use both the leaves and stems of the cilantro since the stems add tons of flavor.
  • Add water slowly so you can control the thickness and get your desired consistency.
  • Taste and adjust before serving, adding more lime juice for brightness, honey for sweetness, or salt to balance the flavors.
  • Store in an airtight container to keep the vinaigrette fresh and flavorful in the fridge.
