2lbswhole small mushrooms - button or cremini
2 ½Tolive oil
Salt and pepper
¼Cbutter
2tminced garlic
1tWorcestershire sauce
Instructions
Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Rinse mushrooms and trim stems.
Season: In a bowl, toss mushrooms with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
