Easy Roasted Mushrooms

These Roasted Mushrooms are tender, savory, and tossed in a rich garlic butter drizzle that makes every bite irresistible. They’re a simple, flavorful side dish perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any cozy fall dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs whole small mushrooms - button or cremini
  • 2 ½ T olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • ¼ C butter
  • 2 t minced garlic
  • 1 t Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Rinse mushrooms and trim stems.
  • Season: In a bowl, toss mushrooms with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Roast: Spread in a single layer. Roast 15 minutes, checking at 10 minutes. If there’s excess liquid, spoon it off and continue roasting.
  • Make Butter Sauce: Melt butter with garlic and Worcestershire. Drizzle over hot mushrooms, toss, and serve.

  • Spicy Roasted Mushrooms — add crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Herb Mushrooms — add thyme, rosemary, or parsley.
