I’m Lori with @cookingwithlori! I’m a wife and mom of three boys.  For me, family is always first. Hiking, exploring, and all things nature are our favorite activities to enjoy together.

My health journey started off 18 years ago when I was pregnant with my first son. During that time, we slowly started making changes to be healthier, but we didn’t want to give up all the flavor we had come to love. I don’t know where you are in your health journey, but I now love cooking food that's delicious, EASY, and made with clean ingredients!
