Best Ever Caesar Salad Dressing made with mayo, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic, anchovy paste, and lemon juice for a classic & bold flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 C mayonnaise
  • 1 C sour cream
  • ¼ C red wine vinegar
  • 1 ½ t Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 t anchovie paste
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 T parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¼ t pepper

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a small blender and pulse a few times. (You can also mix the ingredients together in a large bowl if you don't want to use a blender. If the anchovy paste is clumpy, use a fork to smash the anchovy paste against the side of the bowl, then mix in with the other ingredients).
  • Add chopped romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, and shredded parmesan cheese for a delicious meal.

Notes

*A small blender makes making this dressing a breeze but I have made it many times while on vacation without a blender.
